Product Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Greece)

For shipments within Greece, products will be delivered to the recipient's address provided by you, using the courier service: ACS Courier.

• Order Dispatch: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
• If products are not immediately available and need to be collected from our network, shipping may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days, especially during:
  • Sales periods
  • End-of-season times
  • Holidays

Shipping Costs

• The shipping cost is €3 for the first 2 kg.
• €1 for each additional kilogram.
• The weight is automatically calculated by our system.

We have ensured competitive shipping rates for our customers.

Order Processing Schedule

• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 p.m. will be approved, prepared, and shipped on Monday.
• The above charges include VAT at 24%.

Shipping Within the European Union

For shipments within the EU (excluding Greece):

• Deliveries are handled by Packeta.
• The shipping cost is calculated based on Packeta's pricing policy.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the EU, please send a request to info@ayesrizes.gr.
